    Hello xxx,

    I have just got of the phone with the US, unfortunately the news from our standpoint is not great.

    The situation is the DVL was a product that was discontinued some time ago and since then the product design engineer who developed this has left the company. This leaves us without much support for this unit. SonTek are developing a new DVL but it is not currently on the market.

    They have said they are willing to refund you the purchase price of the unit if you are not happy with it as they now can't support this. They are very sorry about this.

    I have spoken to XXX Australia in Brisbane, they have a 10 beam DVL on an AUV, if you would like to speak to them about the use of their system you are more then welcome to call xxx on xxxx xxx xxx.

    Again I offer my sincere apologies about this unfortunate situation.
